Shipping Within Germany

We ship our Tunisian harissa jars throughout Germany.

Processing Time Orders ship within 2-3 business days after payment confirmation.

Delivery Time Standard delivery takes 3-5 business days after shipping.

Shipping Costs

• Orders under €25: €4.99
  
• Orders over €25: Free shipping

Shipping Method

We use DHL and Deutsche Post for all deliveries.

You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Packaging

Glass jars are wrapped individually and packed with protective materials to prevent breakage during transit.

We use recycled packaging materials when possible.

What We Don't Ship To

We currently only ship within Germany.

International orders are not available at this time.

Damaged or Lost Packages

Damaged Items Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Lost Packages If your tracking shows delivery but you didn't receive your order, contact us within 7 days. We'll investigate with the carrier and resolve the issue.

Order Changes

Need to change your shipping address? Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

We can't modify orders once they've shipped.

Holidays and Delays

Shipping times may extend during:

• Weather-related disruptions
