Right of Withdrawal

You have 14 days to cancel your order without giving a reason.

This withdrawal period starts the day you receive your harissa jars.

How to Cancel

Send us a clear statement of your decision to cancel:

• Include your order number and the date you received the products

You can use the form below or write your own message.

Withdrawal Form Template "I hereby cancel my order for the following goods: [product names], ordered on [date], received on [date]. Order number: [number]. Name: [your name]. Address: [your address]."

Return Shipping

You must send the products back within 14 days of notifying us about your cancellation.

Return Costs You pay for return shipping unless the products arrived damaged or defective.

Product Condition

Products must be returned:

• Unopened and sealed
• In original packaging
• Unused

We can't accept returns of opened food products for hygiene and safety reasons.

Refunds

We'll refund your full purchase price within 14 days of receiving your returned products.

This includes your original shipping costs (standard rate only).

We use the same payment method you used for the original purchase.

Exceptions

You can't cancel orders for:

• Opened or unsealed harissa jars
• Products past their expiration date
• Custom or personalized orders

Damaged or Defective Products

Received damaged or defective jars? Different rules apply.

Contact us immediately with photos. We'll arrange a free return and send a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

Subscription Orders

Monthly Subscriptions Cancel anytime before your next billing date. No charges apply after cancellation.

Send cancellation notice at least 3 days before your next shipment date.

Prepaid Subscriptions Refunds are prorated based on unshipped orders. Already shipped orders follow the standard return policy above.
